Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation.

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

Adult Signature Requirement

  • Orders containing Vape or ENDS products require an adult signature upon delivery, as mandated by federal law.

  • Please ensure someone 21+ is available to sign for the delivery to avoid delays or return of the package.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If your package is returned due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, THClabz is not responsible for reshipping costs or replacement items.

  • If the package is returned to our facility, we will issue a refund minus shipping charges.

  • If it is not returned or is lost in transit, no refund will be issued.

1. Shipping Carriers & Transit Time

Carrier(s) used and the estimated delivery windows.

"We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and item type. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, and carrier delays."

2. Order Processing Cutoff Time

2-day handling window.

"Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day."
This prevents confusion from late-night orders expecting same-day shipping.

3. Weather / Carrier Delays Clause

"We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier backlogs, or acts of God once the package has left our facility."

4. Incomplete Orders or Items Missing

Helps streamline claims:

"If any part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue. We keep full documentation of all packages leaving our facilities and are able to trace all orders."

5. Tampering or Opened Package Disputes

Helpful, especially for THC-related products:

"We are not responsible for packages that appear tampered with or opened during transit. Please document with multiple photos immideatly and notify us immediately if you believe your package has been compromised." "Be sure, in such a case to take the information of the delivery driver and document everything. this ensures that we are able to fulfill our end of the business and are able to provide you with the proper claim number with a case number with the shipping company."

6. Reshipping Fee (If Customer Error)

A flat fee or full charge:

"If a package is returned due to customer error (e.g. wrong address), the buyer is responsible for any reshipping fees if they choose to have the item resent."

7. PO Boxes & APO/FPO Restrictions

If applicable:

"We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or forwarding services due to compliance restrictions."

 

Order Verification & Cancellation Causes

For high-value or flagged orders, our THClabz customer service department may contact you to verify additional information to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the order to prevent scams and fraudulent orders.

  • In certain cases, this verification may delay shipment.

  • If we do not receive a response within 24 hours of our final attempt to reach you (via voicemail, text, and/or email to the contact info provided on the order), the order is subject to cancellation and refund without your explicit consent.

  • Final attempts will be clearly stated and timestamped in the message(s) sent.
