Return Policy

At THClabz, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we enforce a clear and strict return policy outlined below.


1. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address (e.g., incorrect, incomplete, or unrecognized by the courier), we are not responsible for reshipping the item or covering additional shipping costs.

  • If the returned package arrives back at our facility, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

  • If the package is lost in transit or does not arrive back to us, no refund will be issued.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, seals, and original packaging must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Contact us via our contact page within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return authorization with shipping instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect or missing

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos and order details. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution at our discretion.


5. Non-Returnable & Restricted Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods

  • Medicinal, herbal, or consumable products (including THC, CBD, Kratom)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or compressed gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or promotional codes

6. Restocking Fees

Returns that are accepted may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned item and packaging.


7. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. International Orders

Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is deemed defective or incorrect. Refunds will exclude international shipping costs.
